Established Main Contractor’s Supply Chain

An established Main Contractor’s existing supply chain was operating very close to maximum capacity. The Main Contractor's senior management decided to strengthen their supply chain to cope with their increased workload and expanded geographical area.
Using www.subcontractprocurement.com, the Main Contractor targeted several trades (including groundworks, bricklayer, bespoke joinery) for tender enquiries for the Main Contractor's estimating team, and selected trades/services (Temporary Works Designer, BIM, balustrade manufacturer and BWIC) for the project surveying teams, to locate and engage for the use within the Main Contractors supply chain.
The speed and efficiency of the www.subcontractprocurement.com website has enabled the Main Contractor to quickly identify suitable sub-contractors providing the above trades/services in the locations the Main Contractor required. This has enable the Main Contractor to grow his supply chain in several key trades where the Main Contractor was becoming dependant on stretched existing sub-contractors.
