FM company awarded contract at NHS Hospital

The FM Contractor has recently taken over the FM contract for an NHS Hospital. The FM Contractor used subcontractprocurement.com to search for and select new sub-contractors to undertake these FM works. 

Sub-contract works included concrete repairs, wall tie replacement, flat roof repairs, Japanese knotweed treatment, tarmac surfacing and electrical testing. Many of the selected sub-contractors were local to the Hospital project which has enhanced the level of FM service provided by the FM company.
